Policy Information:
Please take your time and enter your contact info and address correctly during the checkout process. This includes your correct Name, Email and Complete Mailing Address with Apt/Suite number.
NOTE: If you incorrectly input your contact information/address (due to text auto-fill or etc.), email us immediately at chantel@chanicbeauty.com, include your order number. Changes must happen before you receive a tracking confirmation email for your order. If your mailing address needs to be changed after the tracking confirmation has been sent to you, your order is subject to a requested additional processing fee of $7.95 to print a new shipping label with the corrected info. This is only possible if the order hasn't already been taken to the local post office.
Shipping Insurance:
If you have had issues with the postal service, we strongly encourage you to add insurance to your shipments. You can add insurance on your shipment if you would like for an additional charge.
Shipping Insurance protects you from postal mishaps including damage, theft, and mis-deliveries, and these issues MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service. Chani C Beauty is not responsible for these types of unfortunate issues.
If you would like to add insurance to your order, you will need to contact us via email immediately after your order is placed, prior to a tracking number being printed for your order. Once the tracking number has been printed, insurance can not be added.
We will invoice you the difference of the price of the insurance. It must be paid before we ship out your order.
Custom Craft Orders:
DISCLAIMER:
Keep in mind, all crafts are made to order and one of a kind. No two craft items are exactly the same and because these are handmade, some imperfections may occur.
All custom items are handmade with high quality indoor/outdoor premium vinyl. Letter sizing depends on how many letters are used or the size of the item chosen.
Allow 24-72 hour processing time. Hours are based on business days. Larger orders exceed the normal processing and production time.
Orders will be fulfilled in 7-10 business days usually, but some orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship.
Pricing is for a single item, unless otherwise specified.
Pre-Orders:
All orders that contain preorder items will be shipped once the preorder item is available to ship to you. Multiple shipments for the same order will not be made, it will be only one shipment made for the entire order.
If there is a delay with your preorder for any reason, we will notify via email regarding the status of the preorder items.
Gift Cards and Usage:
Chani C Beauty Gift Cards are non-refundable. Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise and are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law. Any purchases made with a Chani C Beauty gift card will follow the policy for a return or exchange. No cash/credit refunds will be offered for any merchandise that is returned or exchanged from a purchase with gift cards. There is no expiration for our e-gift cards. Chani C Beauty is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen gift cards.
Gift Card Usage:
Enter the gift card number in the "coupon code" section at checkout. No spaces or dashes, only numbers. Your gift card amount will reflect in your total as a discount code. Unfortunately, Promo codes or Affiliate codes can NOT be used with cards. The system will only allow one code per transaction.
Lash Journal (Book) Purchases:
Directly after purchase, send an email to chantel@chanicbeauty.com containing your order number and your desired Lash choices or a close up (selfie) photograph of yourself displaying a clear view of your eye shape and facial features to allow Chani to pick your Lashes for you.
Please note:
Lash styles are available by inventory availability only. Some styles may not be restocked after they are sold out. This is a final sale item, not eligible for returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product. If Lash Style option is NOT chosen by customer, Chani C Beauty will choose styles for you. This increases the chance that you may receive a Lash style that you have previously purchased, creating duplicate Lash styles in your collection. With our current customer volume, we have no way of knowing which lashes have been sent to you in previous orders.
Discount Codes:
Only one coupon code per purchase. (The payment system will not allow more than one at a time!)
Any discount code must be applied on the order at the time of purchase. Discounts will not be applied after an order has been completed. If you experience a problem with a discount code, contact us before you place your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No refunds, exchange only! No Rainchecks!
If a "credit" is issued to you, it is at the discretion of Chani C Beauty and will be issued as a coupon code that will expire at specified date.
No cancellations on already placed orders.
Sale/Clearance Items are FINAL!
No switching/swapping items once orders are completed/submitted.
Only one exchange will be considered per clothing order.
Any discounts used at the time of purchase do NOT apply on clothing exchanges.
Additional shipping charges may apply on clothing exchanges for the return to you.
We will not hold items for exchanges without receiving the tracking number for your return. Exchanges will depend on availability.
No Exchanges on Non-Clothing items or Lingerie/Intimates (example: Silicone/Adhesive bras, Makeup, Brushes, Lingerie. Lashes, etc.) due to the nature of the items/products and for hygienic purposes. These items are FINAL SALE.
Original tags must be attached. We will not accept returned merchandise that has the following: Makeup, Stains, Deodorant Stains, Evidence of being Worn, Washed or any odor (including perfume, detergent, food odor, smoke, etc.) We cannot resell those items.
We allow 3 days from the date of delivery to contact us to return unworn merchandise for exchange. You are responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item(s), unless the merchandise received was in error and the fault of Chani C Beauty.
All items are fully inspected before shipping. However, if you should receive a defective item, please contact Chani C Beauty at customerservice@chanicbeauty.com within 24 hours of receipt (the package delivery date) to be eligible for a return.
PLEASE do not send items back to Chani C Beauty without contacting us at chantel@chanicbeauty.com before for a confirmation or acknowledgement from us.

Chani C Beauty Store Credits will be issued for exchanges when the purchased item(s) are out of stock.
Store Credit purchases must be done via email using the provided “Store Credit Code”.
Store credits must be used within 6 months of receipt. Code will expire.
SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 3-5 business days (not including Sunday) for items to ship, this is excluding pre-order items. You will then receive a tracking number that will be sent to your email. Please check your email "SPAM" folder if shipping confirmation email is not received.
If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we will not be able to correct a delivery issue. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at www.usps.com, or (800)275-8777.

MAKEUP BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Class Payments:
Class/Chani C University Course payments are non refundable/non transferable, unless a particular date is cancelled by Chani C Beauty.
Deposits:
Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable, and will be used as a "Cancellation Fee" unless session is canceled by Chani C Beauty. The more expensive bookings (totaling over $150.00) will be negotiated by signed service contract. The remaining balance will be invoiced to you for appointments totaling over $150.00 in the event of client cancellation.
Traveling Fees:
Additional travel charges will apply to service areas beyond 20 miles from the 44509 zip code, unless otherwise negotiated by Chani C Beauty. This applies to all out of city and state bookings.
LASH SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Subscriptions automatically renew. Cancel Anytime.
The last day of each month, is the final day for subscribers to signup to receive the current month's Lash.
Your subscription start date will be you monthly renewal date. If a monthly subscription starts on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, the renewal date will change when the renewal month doesn't have a corresponding date.
Each month Lashes are shipped out to you. Receiving date depends on your renewal date. This is typically within 5 business days after paid renewal.
You may cancel your subscription, or skip the month at any time. If you do not cancel or skip prior to the renewal date (the 11th), a refund will not be issued, your subscription will be shipped.
There are no refunds/exchanges. The subscription is a surprise selection that you do to select, but the styles and/or items are selected each month by Chani C Beauty.
We are not responsible for incorrect or auto-filled address information submitted at the time of checkout. Please double check all information before placing your initial order. If error occurs, please use your customer profile to correct your information before our shipping day.
Coupon codes can NOT be submitted after order as taken place. There is a posted reminder of the codes on the check page for your convenience.
The remaining lashes and accessories from the previous month's subscriptions will be added to this online store for purchase for increased cost.
The subscriptions give you exclusive rights to a discounted rate for featured Chani C products before they are offered on the website.
